KUKA KR3 木雕展示/ Milling apls.

這好像是一張泛黃的照片，的確，這是2015.10.12高雄駁二舉辦台灣自造者博覽會時的影片，當年我們是用KUKA KR3 舊型的手臂來做雕刻展演，剛開始只是雕刻一個船殼模型（左上角工件），後來挑戰3D立體、360度的花瓶模型，軟體程式使用Robot Master進行加工路徑的點位演算，再上傳手臂控制器，經過實測修正後，全程自動化作業。

自動化雕刻系統
系統採用Robot Master生成機器手臂加工路徑CAM檔，經加工模擬 Simulation確認、再上傳機器手臂實測修正後，執行機器手臂自動化雕刻作業。

主要設備：
機器手臂（含旋轉軸）、雕刻主軸、自動換刀系統、夾治具

規格：
1. 機器手臂規格視雕刻作品大小而異
2. 雕刻刀主軸視作品材料、所需扭力、速度而定

Automated robotic milling system
The system apply Robot Master to create CAM file from 3D model, and then the CAM file is transferred to robotic motion program for milling. Before the program is deployed to robot for milling, there are a simulation and an online test should be carried out to check and correct errors.

Equipments
Robot with external axis, Spindle motor, Automated Tool change(ATC)

Features
1. Robotic type is adjustable according to the requirements of working space, torque, milling material.
2. Spindle motor type is adjustable according to the requirement of milling speed and milling material.
3. Rotating motor type is adjustable according to the requirement of rotating torque.
