Automated CNC hardware-processing system
The system build one robot to serve hardware workpiece to two CNC machines. Kuka force-sensing software techniques are applied to detect abnormal force when placing workpiece into CNC , which can avoid damaging both of workpiece and CNC machine accidentally. The system has been proved and verified as a successful system by a famous company of manufacturing cycling tool kits in Taiwan.
