Automated server test system
System control center command one robot to serve three testing machines and handshake with MES through Ethernet. In addition to test server, robot also need to remove/stack the empty tray to keep workstation having maximum processing capacity. The system have been proved as an efficient, accurate and reliable system for server testing workstation

KUKA KR6 R900, PC, server test machine, gripper

工業伺服器自動檢測系統
本系統係以一台機器手臂,負責3台檢測機台執行伺服器自動化檢測作業,手臂亦需負責伺服器Tray盤的搬運、堆疊工作,全站由一部PC電腦負責管控作業。

KUKA KR6 R900、PC、伺服器檢測機台、挾治具
規格:
1. 1部機器手臂執行3台機台伺服器檢測
2. 中控以Ethernet 與機台、手臂及後台進行資訊交握
3. 以上功能或規格均可依據實際需要增加或調整
